About the Speaker
Dr Kumar is a board-certified radiation oncologist practicing in Cleveland, Ohio. He specializes in the treatment of various malignanciesincluding head and neck, lung, prostate, and CNS using photon, proton, 3D, and IMRT among other radiation technologies.
He attended Case Western Reserve Medical School and completed his radiation oncology residency at the Cleveland Clinic. He sees patients at the Cleveland VA, University Hospitals Cleveland, and Cleveland Clinic.
Dr Kumar is also very interested in teaching and research and has mentored medical students and residents. He is also the principal investigator on 6 clinical trials.
